Ingredients

100 g shrimp tails

1 garlic clove

Juice from ½ lemon

Salt

Pepper

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

3 tablespoons olive oil

One small chilli pepper

Recipe Steps

Step 1

Place oil, chopped garlic and chilli pepper in the steam case, close and cook in the microwave at 650-800W for 30 seconds Add the shrimp, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper and cook for 1 ½ minutes. Serve with rice or spaghetti.
