Steamed Salmon With Vegetables & Yogurt Sauce

Delicious salmon and vegetables… with yogurt sauce!

Ingredients

1 fillet of salmon, approximately 150g
50g carrot
100g courgette
½ natural yogurt, approximately 60g
2 spoonfuls water
2 spoonfuls olive oil
Fresh parsley
Salt/Pepper

Recipe Steps
Step 1

Slice the carrot and courgette and place these in the case with water. Microwave for 2 minutes at 800W.

Step 2

Wash the salmon fillet well, season with salt and pepper and place it over the carrot and courgette in the case. Microwave at 800W for 2.5 minutes.

Step 3

Lastly, chop the parsley and mix it with the yogurt, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 4

Serve the salmon on a bed of the vegetables and the yogurt sauce
