Ingredients

½ grated tomato

150 ml of water

10 gr of carrots

10 gr of zucchini

10 gr of cauliflower

10 gr of green beans

1 garlic clove

½ bay leaf

Salt Pepper

  • Olive Oil
Recipe Steps
Step 1

Soak the lentils in water overnight and strain. Cut the vegetables in cubes or small pieces and place them in the steam container together with the lentils, tomato, garlic and bay leaf. Cover with water, add salt and pepper, cover and cook in the microwave at 800 W for 10 minutes. Serve on a plate and add olive oil.
