Spanish Microwave Omelette

Ingredients

3 small potatoes

1 medium onion

4 eggs

6 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons of water

Salt to taste

Recipe Steps
Step 1

Peel the onion and slice it finely. Place the onion in the Microwave Spanish Omelette in a circle, leaving the center of the product clear, and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Step 2

Close the Spanish Omelette and microwave for 3 minutes at 800W.

Step 3

Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices. Cut the slices in half.

Step 4

Place the cooked onion in the center of the product and the potatoes around it, in a circle. Add 2 tablespoons of water and 4 tablespoons of olive oil.

Step 5

Microwave for 8 minutes at 800W. When finished, stir the potato and onion.

Step 6

In another bowl, gently mix the 4 eggs and add them to the Spanish Omelette, stirring them with the potato and onion. Add salt to taste.

Step 7

Microwave for 1.30 minutes at 800W.

Step 8
