A delicious vegetable timbale ... in the microwave!

Ingredients

1 small Aubergine

1 Potato

1/2 Courgette

200g Chopped tomato

1 tsp Sugar

Grated cheese to taste

Oregano to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Steps
Step 1

Slice the vegetables thickly and season with salt and pepper. Add the sugar to the chopped tomato and mix well.

Step 2

Place the vegetables in layers along with the chopped tomato into the Steam Case, alternating them.

Step 3

Cover with chopped tomato and grated cheese and then repeat the operation. Sprinkle a little oregano over the top and close the case.

Step 4

Cook in the microwave for 8-9 minutes at maximum power (800W).

Step 5

Make sure the vegetables are cooked, add extra salt if necessary and serve.
